Oriental Pear – Rich, Aromatic, and Uniquely Cultivated
Our pear is crafted with a unique fermentation irrigation method, enhancing its depth of flavor beyond simple sweetness. Grown from premium Japanese pear scions, these pears are nourished during their critical growth phase with a specially fermented liquid fertilizer made from expired milk powder, soybeans, seaweed extract, and fish essence. This meticulous process results in a rich, multi-layered taste that is both intensely flavorful and refreshingly crisp—offering a quality unmatched in the market.
Each pear is rigorously selected using infrared and refractive index testing, ensuring a minimum sugar content of 11 BRIX. The pear is a rare delicacy, available only through our mountain-region orchards, delivering an unparalleled taste experience.
